Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Last updatedOctober 25, 2026

This policy explains what information Kervio (“we”, “us”) collects through kervio.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

What you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to share: company or website, phone number, the services and budget range you select, your timeline, and your message.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location (city or region level), device and browser type, referring site, and how long visits last. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser for this.

Technical data. Our hosting and security providers process IP addresses and request data to deliver the site, protect it from abuse and keep it fast.

A display preference. The light or dark mode you choose is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. It is not sent to us.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare a proposal.
  • To keep records of our business conversations.
  • To measure and improve the site.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the site and the business, under their own privacy terms: our hosting and content-delivery providers (including Cloudflare), the email delivery service that carries form messages to us, Google (Analytics) and, where enabled, spam-protection services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies will not stop the site from working.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and related emails are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, such as the EU, the UK, Canada or California, you may have further rights, including objecting to or restricting processing and receiving a copy of your data. To use any of them, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security and transfers

We use HTTPS across the site and limit access to the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries.

Children

The site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.
